One day a fortnight, after school, is open day for parents to come to school and meet the teaching staff. No prior appointment is required.
At the end of each term, parents are invited to attend a parent-teacher conference to discuss their child’s progress and to receive a written report.
The half term assessment report is prepared only in the first term.
Parents are advised to make an appointment to meet teachers / Heads.
Teachers and parents communicate with each other through the school diary.
At the end of each term, the school produces a Newsletter which is distributed to all parents.
Parents are invited to attend a number of functions during the year. Parents are invited as members of the audience and the school staff meets them informally on these occasions.
Major functions to which parents are invited are :
Prize distribution, school concerts, speech competitions and music evenings etc.
